band saw blade and improve
blade performance. Cool
Blocks are made of a
composite material called
"Graphite
Impregnated
Phenolic Laminate". It contains
3 synthetic dry lubricants that lubricate
the blade but do not make it oily. Cool Blocks
allow the blade to run cooler and last longer. They work
particularly well on thinner blades used for tight radius work.

Gravity Heel Kit
The GRR Rip Block is the only push block with automatic drop down heel hooks. When used as a jointer
style push block, the hooks are depressed into the jig
and the non-slip rubber base holds the work piece.
Once you get to the end of the board, the hooks deploy
and allow you to grab the back edge of the board. The
Rip Block can also be used in 90 degree applications
like those on a band saw or router table fence.

These are the bearings,
upper and lower, that
are behind the band saw
blade and keep it in place
when you apply pressure
making your cut. The
stock bearings are not
made for the type pressure they absorb. They are made for
pressure along the edge, like on a router bit. These ceramic
bearings don't spin like the ones that come on the bandsaw.
They are fixed and will never wear out. If they, for some
reason, were to slightly wear, they can be rotated the full 360
degrees. They will easily out last most bandsaws. The bearings fit Jet, Delta and most other 14" imported bandsaws.
