12" Drill Press Clamp
Drill press clamps adjust
quickly and easily to lock
your work piece or drilling jig in any position.
The clamping pad pivots
to conform to any work
piece applying uniform
pressure. This particular
clamp is a 12" and has 5"
capacity.
The versatile Wonder Dog clamp can be used anywhere you
can drill a 3/4" hole. Using a Wonder Dog in combination with
a standard round bench dog, you can make a clamp of any
length by drilling 3/4" holes in a 2 x 4, 2 x 6, etc. At the lowest
projection, only 5/8" of the dog head is above the bench. The
swivel handle lets you apply ample clamping pressure in any
position. The dog is drilled and tapped at a 3° angle to ensure
that work is held tight to the bench. The Wonder Pup is the
same as the Wonder Dog in all respects, except that the post
is shorter (2-3/4" instead of 6-1/2") and has no side spring.

Aluminum Bar Clamps
Dubuque Clamp Works continues to manufacture their clamps entirely in the USA. DCW bar
clamps are made of extremely high quality extruded aluminum which provides both the rigidity and
strength needed during clamping. They match
many of the other bar and panel clamp's 1000
lb. clamping pressure, while weighing a fraction of
the competitor's weight. The weight issue can be
very important when working alone. The bar
itself measures 1-3/8" H by 7/8" W and has
notched out detents for the sliding tail stop
spaced in 9/16" intervals. Clamping pressure is
applied through a 1/2" screw outfitted with a wing
nut type handle. Maybe one of the best features
of these clamps is their ability to
resist glue build up. The aluminum
will not corrode and any dried glue
can be easily chipped off.
