Finish Sanding Flapwheel
Quick Change Flap Discs

Klingspor's Woodworking Shop was the first to offer flap discs as a carving
and shaping tool. Since then, we're seeing them everywhere. Bottom line is
that they really do work. We've come up with a twist on this type of item –
the quick change flap disc. Simply affix the backing plate to your angle grinder and keep it there. Then simply twist on the flap discs as you need them.
Change grits quickly – it's ideal for multiple uses for shaping of parts. Plus you'll
find plenty of uses around the home for these as well. They work great on metal, plastics, wood, etc.
These spindle-mounted wheels
are made with our top-of-theline non-woven abrasive material. They are perfect for light
sanding between coats of finishes or for burnishing bare wood.

This unique wheel
was developed
to replace
wire wheels
as a quick
and easy
way to
remove paint,
rust, and surface contaminants from metal. Perfect for
use around the house on yard equipment and tools,
wrought iron rails, car parts, and many other everyday
items. Choose from either a 4" size or a 6" size – both
with a 1/2" arbor hole. Easily chucks into any 1/4" tool.
Each wheel must be used with the reusable mandrel
kit. The mandrel kit includes 2 each of washer sizes
1-3/4" dia, 1-1/2" dia, and 1" dia to improve stability an
usability of the wheel as it wears.

We haven't placed much emphasis on these versatile products, but the number
of uses expand constantly. With a 1/4" spindle, they will fit most tools with a 1/4"
