While the original Merlin has been a favorite for woodworkers
worldwide, the Merlin2 has taken the tool and its abilities to
new levels. The design and construction of the Merlin 2 has
led to a tool which is more powerful, more efficient, more
durable and quiet. With an upgraded motor and electronics,
the tool will effortlessly run between 0 and 13,000 rpms.
The speed and power, coupled with the spiral bevel gears,
smoothly transitions to the cutter head making for a much

tungsten carbide technology and is available in either round or flat profiles. It is
affordably priced and allows you to not
only do basic wood carving, but also a
variety of applications where you need
to remove and shape wood, soft stone,
plastics or rubber. They're designed to
fit most 4-1/2" and 5" angle grinders with
a maximum of 13,000 RPM. All Galahad
CG discs are 4-1/2" in diameter with 7/8"
center hole.

full house design which means the chain circlet consists
of consecutive left and right teeth - the teeth are not separated by skip links common to standard chain saw. All our
blades have twice the amount of regular teeth resulting in
the blade powering its way through the hardest of woods
and other soft non ferrous materials. This feature, combined with 10,000 to 13,000 rpm's from 4-1/2" (115mm)
