RIKON’s Z3 and Z4 4-Jaw Chucks are the perfect
wood lathe accessory for turning bowls, platters, spindles and decorative pieces. This self-centering chuck
is CNC precision-made from high tensile steel and
features a geared jaw system for easy operation and
excellent project-holding power. The redesigned chuck
sliders provide added strength for securely attaching a
variety of compatible jaw set accessories. Meticulously
machined, the chuck body and internal gearing ensure
smooth and reliable opening and closing with the included special chuck key.

Easy Core
The Oneway Easy Core Coring Systems saves the
inside of the bowl that would normally be turned to shavings. You can achieve “extra" bowls using the different
knife sizes. Each Part of the System is sold individually
so you can buy only what you truly need. For the System

to work you must have a base unit, a clamp block and
a knife set. The base set will be chosen based on the
swing that your lathe is capable of over the bed. A clamp
block is so you can attach the base set to your lathe and
will be chosen based on distance between the two bed
ways of your lathe. You can choose any or multiple knife
sets up to what your lathe swing is capable of.
• Base sets are available to fit lathes from 12", 16",
18", 20", 24" lathes. A base Set includes the support
base, two posts, spacers, 12" tool handle and wrenches.
• The Clamp blocks we stock are 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 1-3/4",
2" and 2-1/2". If you are unsure which you need or need
a special size please call for assistance, We can special
order other sizes to insure a proper fit.
• The available knife sets a 9", 11", 13", 16". Although
these sizes are listed the base set allows the flexibility to
adjust or be flexible within a 1-1/2" larger or smaller than
the sizes listed. Each knife set comes with a support finger, a knife and a CPM M4 HSS cutter. Additional HSS,
Carbide Cutters and sharpening jigs can be purchased
separately.
